Purchases

Purchases made through an app store are also subject to that store's terms. Virtual items and in-game currency have no real-world value and are licensed, not sold, to you.

The Services, including games, software, artwork, video, logos and the Asterquill name, are owned by Asterquill LLC or its licensors. We grant you a limited, personal, non-transferable licence to use the Services for their intended purpose.

Your content

If you submit content to us, you keep ownership of it and give us permission to use it as needed to operate and improve the Services.

Limitation of liability
